Strategic management of the team of emergency call and service control in 24/7 operation Full responsibility, continuous promotion of the professional and personal development of the NSL Establish and maintain networks to existing and potential customers, authorities and relevant institutions Process optimization and quality assurance including implementation of innovative technologies Promoting digitalization and automation within the NSL Development of pioneering concepts in the field of robotics to practical everyday suitability Efficient coordination with strategic partners Professional emergency and crisis management and sovereign communication in exceptional situations Direct reporting to management Key figures and performance reporting for sustainable management and success control

Technological competence: Project management in the field of IT or comparable areas Experience in leadership responsibility: Multiannual management experience with personnel management Expertise at the highest level: knowledge in alerting procedures, communication systems and data protection Strategic sales orientation: ability to promote organic and inorganic growth Personal strength: resilience, decision-making pleasure, strong team leadership competence and excellent service orientation Analytical and organizational excellence: outstanding planning ability, structured thinking and solution-oriented action
