With your empathic advice, you can offer our customers an unforgettable customer experience. So customers become fans! You accompany our customers from initial contact to completion. Thanks to your advice, our customers are “easily mobile”. Through the close exchange with our B2B as well as B2C customers, you identify potential for improvement and develop concepts in the field of CX/CJ. You will receive concerns from our customers by phone, live chat, WhatsApp or online calls and will help them keep them friendly and competent at any time. The monitoring, care and the continuous development of our CRM will give you pleasure. To constantly improve the customer experience, you are in close contact with other departments as well as external agencies and service providers. The selection and process-ready implementation of other digital tools is also part of your tasks.

Customer Experience is not a foreign word for you. You have been able to gather several years of experience in customer care, sales or projects and provide the appropriate know-how. Additional experiences in lead management and CRM are advantageous. Customer orientation is your first priority. It's fun to advise and inspire others. You're engaged and communicative. With your out-of-the-box thinking, you enthuse customers of our products. You like to work and communicate with digital tools such as live and video chats.
