“We live diversity” is one of the leitmotifs of the IB. The offer chain Housing II consists of three housing groups (mHochDrei, plan+ and MAMoo) with different support measures. The plan+ group is aimed at gay, lesbian, trans- and intersexual or non- Binary young people who need youth assistance or integration. The residential group offers a shelter for individual Coming-Out and/or Transition processes.

The IB Institution Youth Aid & Migration is now looking for a social worker Social worker/social pedagogue Social teacher for the acquisition of the shift and group service of the housing project for LGBTQIA+ youth.

You work with the development of efficient, targeted work structures and implement the formulated standards for social education. Taking into account their respective situations of life, young people receive psychosocial advice and support in everyday life.
