Product Manager Sealing & Bonding (m/f/d)

You work with a team consisting of experienced colleagues from the fields of product management, research and development, sales and application technology, which focuses on building products in all areas of application in the construction sector, and are responsible for the field of joint sealants, adhesive bonding of construction products and building foams. You design and control the product portfolio over the entire product life cycle, as well as the product development and innovation process of the product range transferred to you. Take into account the different requirements of sales channels direct business, distribution and PIP. Based on self-created technical market and competition analyses, you conduct and implement technical product marketing concepts, strategies and planning. The marketing units coordinate and support you in the technical product marketing and maintain the European product portfolio. Interdisciplinary project management from the new product idea to the introduction of the product and within the framework of special projects. You control technical innovation processes and provide product information and equipment. In addition, you will be able to further develop the existing network. Based on a completed construction-oriented study or a comparable training, you can ideally look back on several years of professional and project experience in product management and/or product marketing. You have good knowledge of engineering, physical and chemical relationships. Ideally, you will already bring expertise in the valid standards and regulations in the fields of joint sealants, adhesives and building foams. You have good analytical capabilities, a structured way of working and a high degree of empathy and hand-on mentality, and enforcement strength and a solution-oriented approach. Methods of product launch, production and maintenance of the product portfolio and market and competition monitoring are very familiar to you. You can convince your audience in presentations and negotiations both in German and English and inspire your ideas. In your previous activities, you have proved to be a customer-oriented personality, which acts as a user and keeps in mind the common success. The handling of digital work tools (MS Office, Salesforce, Orca Standard, etc.) is one of your capabilities.
