Customer care with heart: You support the station management in the all-round care of our guests and help them to ensure a smooth service run. Consulting & Sales: With increasing professional competence, you provide recommendations on food and beverages and actively contribute to the sale of high-quality products. Service at the guest: You pick up orders, serve food and beverages according to our service standards and relieve the station management at the organization of the service. Quality & Ambience: You take care of cleanliness, order and a pleasant ambience in your station and actively participate in a well-kept appearance. Teamwork: You work closely with the station management and the entire team, support colleagues and help in incorporating new employees. Preparation & Mise en Place: You prepare your workspace completely, provide sufficient material during the service and assists in reorders. Billing: You help with billing and cashing operations and independently take basic billing tasks. Guest feedback: You are professionally looking for feedback, find solution-oriented answers and forward important information to the station management. Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with the kitchen and other hotel areas to offer our guests a harmonious overall experience. Representation: With your friendly appearance and your host awareness, you contribute to the positive presentation of our house.

You already have experience in a similar position and have a real passion for gastronomy and cuisine. Communication is in your blood, and also in stressful situations you remain resilient, flexible and reliable. You also feel particularly comfortable in an international but family team. A high sense of quality and responsibility as well as an eye for the detail characterize you. Your good ways of handling and a well-kept appearance complete your profile.
