You bear the overall responsibility for operational and strategic personnel management including personnel planning, recruitment, administration, development and personnel controlling and participation in economic planning You lead and develop the HR team and actively promote the continuous optimization and digitization of HR processes You design and accompany change and organisational development processes and promote a future-oriented corporate culture You advise management, management and executives in all personal issues and ensure compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines You work confidently with the works council and act as a constructive interface between employees and management
