You are the central interface between customers, technology and production - and thus a real key figure. Your tasks: You are the first contact person for our customers You understand requirements, clarify technical feasibility and develop suitable solutions You create offers - not blunt, but with understanding for the big whole You accompany customers constructively and consulting, partly also very practical You build sustainable, long-term customer relationships and develop them further Together with production & work preparation, you think processes are new and actively bring your own ideas In short, You're not just managing.
