Completed Business Studies (Bachelor/Master) with above-average success Ideally, focus on tax/revision or relevant pre-training (e.g. tax specialist, tax specialist) Aim and motivation to pass the tax advisor examination as soon as possible and safely Joy of numbers, logical thinking and tax issues Organisational skills and responsibility Teamability, sincerity and enthusiasm for joint work at eye level
