Your tasks:

• You take over the leadership of the new network customer team and are responsible for building the team as well as for the continuous further development and qualification of your employees
• You take responsibility for all customer projects and always have customer satisfaction at long-term projects
• They are responsible for the process of supply creation up to the start-up of new network connections, taking into account technical, economic and legal requirements
• They work intensively with other internal areas of expertise and support network construction projects under regulatory and economic aspects. Here you are responsible for contract negotiations and bring your expertise in contract design with you
• You always have a look at the energy and networking environment, recognize new developments and align your team

Your profile:

• You have completed technical and/or economic university studies, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, energy management or BWL
• They have collected at least 5 years of professional experience in the energy industry and ideally have already gained first experience in managing project teams or managing personnel.
• You are a macher type, pack up yourself, see yourself as a model m/w/d and team player m/w/d and strongly tie your employees
• They have a strong customer orientation and represent customer interests towards internal stakeholders
• You are characterized by your communication strength and your negotiation skills in dealing with different stakeholders and can easily prepare and present complex issues in an address-oriented manner
• They work structured and solution-oriented and have the pleasure of successfully shaping complex projects in the sense of entrepreneurial project goals
