Processing of customer requests and first contact person for telephone customer support Creation of offers and pricing Order processing and control, including complaint processing appointment and coordination for the field service Participation in the planning and implementation of sales actions Maintenance of master data

Completed commercial training or business studies or comparable qualification First practical experience in the sales service or in a comparable position Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Self-employed and customer-oriented working methods and a high self-initiative A safe occurrence, negotiation skills and a result-oriented procedure A dedicated, open minded personality with flexibility and team spirit
