For our location in Neumarkt (Oberpfalz) we are looking for one: Projektingenieur Buildingtechnik / TGA (m/w/d)

Coordination, control and control of our new or restructured projects at the Neumarkt site in relation to TGA and energy and building technology Self-directing and monitoring of projects with a view to costs, dates and quality, including internal standards, up-to-date and Provisions and administrative requirements • the creation of functional competencies for the measures to be implemented, including current project documentation Interface function between internal departments and stakeholders as well as our external service providers such as architects or specialist planners Support for the operators of our plants and infrastructural equipment in the event of changes, optimisations or other necessary measures With the CSDP (continuous improvement process) for the efficient development of our projects in the TGA environment Implementation of our occupational safety issues in relation to buildings and technical projects in close cooperation with our internal specialist lists or Contracts (brand protection, environment, security etc.)

Completed studies of engineering skills, preferably supply technology or energy and building technology, or Multiannual expertise in the placement and realization of projects in relation to TGA and Energy and building technology in the industrial environment (ideal GMP area) Knowledge of the common rules of TGA, for example VOB/B or performance phases 1–9 of HOAI A safe handling of MS Office as well as the joy of modern communication media and digi­tali­sated working environments Communication strength and a sovereign entry Self­employed, struc­tured work and hand­s­on­manuality Self-motivation, enthusiasm and willingness to use Business thinking and acting
