In your role as manager:in Student Affairs you are a central point of contact for students throughout their course of study. You combine organizational skills with service-oriented advice and ensure that all audit-relevant processes are implemented legally.

Comprehensive support and advice for students as well as advice for teachers and lecturers in all matters relevant to the examination - in German and English - taking into account the applicable study and examination regulations (the focus of Bachelor's degree programme) settlement of written and electronic correspondence including time-limit monitoring Compilation of final documents and certificates and proper archiving of audit results Individual advice from students on their personal study and examination situation Digital administration Students in our campus management system Implementation of evaluations and reporting, archiving and documentation work

Completed studies, preferably in the field of administrative sciences or comparable discipline, as an alternative to completed commercial training or equivalent professional qualification Very good knowledge of German and English as well as strong intercultural competence Secure handling of MS Office, Windows and teams as well as the willingness to work quickly and reliably into a campus management system, as well as openness and readiness to learn about new digital tools and applications Embossed service and customer orientation, communication strength as well as a high level of empathy, empathy and team-ability Interest and joy in structured administrative tasks as well as careful and responsible functioning
