Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 12; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment.
