For our seven fully-stationary housing groups in Stipsdorf, we are looking for a professionally experienced and guided personality who, with heart, vision and commitment, advances the further development of our offers.

Head: You take over the technical, human and economic management in coordination with the management. In addition, in cooperation, you will ensure the implementation of the offers according to the service description and ensure the protection of children. Team spirit: With a view to the whole and an open ear, guide your team, stand on the side and provide professional development, structured incorporation and promote a strong coexistence. Organizational institution: They take over the occupancy coordination for our housing groups and always keep an overview of capacities, needs and case procedures and ensure a smooth operation of the accommodation. Community & perspective: They form binding and cooperative cooperation with internal areas, engage in internal and external bodies and actively promote the further development and evaluation of the offer concept, quality work and parental work.

Qualifications: They have a master's degree in social work or psychology and have already gained professional experience in child and youth assistance and as a manager. Ideally, you are a member of a Christian church (ACK). Competences: With your well-founded management competencies and your sensitivity, you guide your team and understand the needs of our target group, meet challenges in a solution-oriented manner and always act from a communication-strong and life-world-oriented attitude. Skills: With your safe handling of MS-Office, you document your work precisely and work responsibly in the professional development and ensuring our work quality.
