The clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics in the Vivantes Klinikum Kaulsdorf treats patients with acute and chronic mental illnesses in multi-professional, therapeutically oriented teams. You work closely with colleagues from medicine, care, psychology, social services and other fields of therapy and design both individual and group therapies – always with a view to activation, stabilization and resource development. You can choose from the following areas when filling out the application form: Station A.0 – General Psychiatric Acute Station: protected, 23 beds; Work according to the Safewards model to increase safety, reduce forced measures and improve the station atmosphere for patients Station A.2 – General Psychiatric Station: open, 23 beds; Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy (DBT) according to Marsha Linehan; behaviour-therapeutic and deep-psychologically based approaches, including skills and mindfulness training Station B.0 – General Psychiatric Acute Station: protected, 19 beds; Work according to the Safewards model; with direct access for police and fire department Station B.1 – Gerontopsychiatric Station: protected, 23 beds; Treatment of multiple illnesses in higher ages; close cooperation in the multi-professional team Station B.2 – General Psychiatric Station: open, 23 beds + 4 day hospitals; Priority qualitative withdrawal treatment for material-bound dependencies from 18 years Station B.3 – General Psychiatric Station: open, 23 beds: treatment of various psychiatric diseases; 8 beds for qualified withdrawal treatment, depending on legal substances from 60 years, with focus on reference care
