Project Manager Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Design the future: You are actively contributing to the development of modern supply networks in the fields of electricity, broadband, heat and water, making an important contribution to the sustainable infrastructure of tomorrow. Responsibility: You take over the building management and accompany the successful implementation of demanding infrastructure projects through the performance phases 1–9 of HOAI. Promoting projects: You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and conduct projects from planning to successful implementation. Keep an overview: You actively control project costs and appointments and, together with the project participants, ensure an economic, quality and timely implementation.

...it is not crucial what you can already learn, but what you are ready to learn! You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, surveying or a comparable qualification. With GIS and CAD applications you can handle safely and routined. You bring good knowledge in the application of VOB and HOAI. Project management lies with you: You also keep track of different requirements, coordinate tasks targeted and advance projects successfully. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and enjoy working on new topics and challenges. You think analytically, act economically and develop practical and sustainable solutions. As a team player you appreciate the exchange and cooperation with colleagues and other project participants. A safe and convincing appearance, flexibility and self-initiative are yours. Experience in the areas of tendering, awarding and billing is advantageous. Ideally, you already have knowledge and experience in the building management.
