We are looking for a dedicated one at the next time HR Specialist (m/d) in full or part-time

Own and on-time implementation of the fee billing with P&I Loga for a defined group of employees taking into account tariff, tax and social insurance regulations Care and management of personnel master files Care and advice of employees and executives in personal and accounting issues Creation of certificates, statistics and evaluations for internal and external bodies Cooperation with authorities, health insurance and social security institutions Support and administration of the time recording system SP-Expert Maintenance of working time models, shift plans and absences as well as support in the optimization and further development of the time management processes

You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional qualifications and/or knowledge in the HR sector You are self-sufficient in the pay bill, the social security or Benefit Tax Law - Ideally in Health or Public Service You have good knowledge of how to deal with MS Office, Outlook and HR systems such as P&I Loga, SAP HCM, etc. First experiences in dealing with time management systems (e.g. SP-Expert, Atoss or the like) are of advantage You have the pleasure of teamwork, service orientation and a positive, empirical communication A self-contained, structured and careful operation while maintaining the necessary discretion is of course for you Flexibility and resilience in labour-intensive situations require
