As a (Senior) Cyber Security Architect - Network Security, you are the central contact person for all security-relevant issues relating to modern network infrastructures and their protection. You combine strategic thinking with sound technical understanding across hybrid landscapes – from classic on-premises networks to modern SASE architectures. You will accompany our customers from the first idea to the safe implementation. Whether architecture, forensics or cloud – our cyber security team brings together a variety of competencies. Recording and structuring requirements & Use Cases (e.g. Zero Trust Architectures, Secure SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, Segmentation Concepts) Support in the presales process through scoping, effort estimates, solution architectures and customer presentations as well as further development of best practices, reference architectures and standards Development of security concepts for hybrid networks (Datacenter, Branch Offices, Cloud VPNCs/VNets) Evaluation of existing network architectures and derivation of concrete measures for technological optimization Conception and integration of Network Security solutions into a holistic cyber-defense ecosystem for proactive detection and defence of complex threats Development and implementation of concepts for network segmentation Advice on secure access concepts for applications and for the protection of communication in distributed IT environments Cooperation with experts in deeper questions (e.g. endpoint or cloud security) Coordination between network teams, cloud infrastructure and Security Operations Center (SOC)

Multiannual experience in IT security, ideally focusing on network design and perimeter security Very good overview of market-leading security solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point) and SASE/SSE providers (e.g. Zscaler, Cloudflare) Understanding network protocols, routing/switching and modern architectures (SD-WAN, Zero Trust, Cloud Networking) Good understanding of the connection of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) in the context of Network Access Control and ZTNA Ability to explain complex network infrastructures in a comprehensible way and to advise customers holistically (end-to-end) Experience in the conception of migration strategies for complex network landscapes Team-oriented operation and ability to specifically integrate specialists as required 40 % for customer projects Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English skills (level B2 or higher)
