Tasks

Head of the order centre and related areas from the project to the contract The operational and meaningful planning of production orders taking into account cost-effective material procurement/ Supplier Coordination, Management (m/w/d) Contract Management plans with the respective customer service provider, checks the implementation, monitors, and if applicable) Create calculations and offers, conduct price negotiations, tailor-made concept creation and documentation together with the teams from the design, manufacturing and in-house assembly The support and expansion of the existing customer portfolio by means of acquisitions Leading or Accompanying projects, from order allocation, planning and delivery/ commissioning to follow-up, in compliance with customers, deadlines and budget requirements Optimizing processes in the order center to increase efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction Implementation of market analyses Travel readiness (20-30 %), DACH region You carry professional personnel responsibility (8 employees) and report directly to the technical management / management at the site

You are a mechanical engineer (m/w/d) or a metal engineer (m/w/d) or have a similar qualification You have several years of professional experience ideally in the medium-sized business environment with manufacturing center ReFa, ERP/CRM knowledge and basic business knowledge complete your profile Experience in (special) machine and plant construction/order production An additional qualification/stressable knowledge in the field of welding technology/welding/ and ideally pressure device directive would be advantageous. Identification and understanding of complex technical customer challenges Self-employment, resilience and team capacity, strong communication, winning, convincing, ambitious, analytic and structuring, performance- and result-oriented Detectional experience in employee management Safe handling of MS Office applications Good knowledge of English is desirable The task requires an on-site presence
