Senior Project Manager - Construction / VOB / HOAI (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic management of construction projects for public and industrial contractors – from planning to procurement to final acceptance. You ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality standards and consistently manage contract and follow-up management according to VOB and HOAI. As a central interface, you coordinate all project participants, including architects, specialist engineers and executive companies, and ensure transparent communication. You are the first contact for our clients, report regularly on the progress of the project and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering. You take min. 5 years of professional experience in project management with You have well-founded knowledge in the fields of AHO, VOB and HOAI and are delighted to apply them in practice. With your communicative and team-oriented way, you can easily coordinate all project participants and inspire them for a common goal. A self-responsible, structured way of working as well as the willingness to Germany-wide service trips are characterized. You communicate in English in word and writing (C1 level).
