Working Student Communication AI & Digital Transformation / Knowledge Management (m/f/d)

GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. We are now looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) to support our field of application & digitization at the Kassel site Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Kommunikation KI & Digital Transformation / Wissensmanagement

You actively participate in the design and implementation of internal communication around AI & digital transformation at GASCADE (e.g. intranet, teams, newsletter formats). You support the planning, coordination and implementation of communication measures (reaction planning, topic finding, content preparation). You’ll create, rework and plead content in different formats (e.g. articles, blog posts, handouts, short guides, FAQs, interactive media) and design contributions that make use cases, learnings and progress visible in a comprehensible way. You support knowledge management through structuring, processing and maintenance of content in SharePoint (e.g. pages, document libraries, navigation and page structure, templates). You work with various disciplines to create and prepare interdisciplinary content such as interviews, short formats, summaries and best practices.

You study communication, media, marketing, business, (economic) informatics or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have practical experience in content creation or corporate communication and brings a fundamental understanding of IT and AI topics as well as interest in digital technologies and innovations. You are safe in dealing with MS Office / Microsoft 365, ideally also with SharePoint (or the motivation to work quickly) and connect linguistic feeling with knowledge in image and video editing (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) as well as a sense of visual design. You work independently, reliably and structured, are team-capable and keep an overview in a dynamic environment. You are available for at least one year for about 20 hours a week (more than one year after voting in the semester holidays) and have very good German and good English skills.
