In the customer projects, define and coordinate the tests, tests and evidence to be carried out. They represent the aspects for testing and testing at all stages of the project and system integration. You agree to the test strategy and requirements in the company with the project-relevant needs and circumstances. You create the System Integration and Test Plan (SITP) with the integration and coordination of the specialist departments. You tune the necessary test infrastructure. They monitor the planned testing and testing activities related to performance and appointment. They create metrics and evaluate them to capture the current project situation. You participate in project meetings and audits At system level, you define the required test equipment and testing infrastructure. It represents its own area of expertise to the customer, external bodies and authorities and within the company. If necessary, you can support occasional (customer) trainings with your expertise. They actively contribute to the test process improvement.

You have a degree in the field of communication technology, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable training. You have profound knowledge of the methods, procedures and tools of testing and testing, you are familiar with the methods and standards of the software test. You have relevant experience for test management (V-model and Agil) They have several years of practical experience in testing complex systems. You can demonstrate an ISTQB test management certification. You are well known for your team skills and durability as well as your own responsibility and your high self-motivation. They have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. They enjoy occasional missions. They are ready to cooperate in military projects. In cooperation with colleagues, you are characterized by team skills, resilience, self-responsibility and a high self-motivation. You have the ability to analyze errors, problems, weaknesses and dependencies and to develop solutions. Also in an intercultural environment, you can use your communication and negotiation skills safely and successfully. Experience with virtualized systems is desirable.
