We support up to 5 full-year residents with disabilities who do not need intensive care, but need comprehensive support in everyday life. Your tasks

• Support for people with disabilities in everyday life and in their housing situation
• Accompanying leisure activities and appointments as well as promoting social contacts
• Take over business activities such as shopping, cooking or room cleaning
• Support for the implementation of educational measures under the guidance of the specialist
• In exceptional cases and after consultation with nurses takeover of simple nursing activities
• Cooperation in the team and exchange with relatives and residents
• Careful documentation of the measures carried out

Your qualification:

• Completed training as a social assistant, curative nurse or (m/w/d)
• First experience or interest in work with people with disabilities
• Outstanding social competence and empathy
• Team skills and willingness to cooperate with professionals and colleagues
