You take over the control and testing of incoming goods by weighing, measuring, scanning and checking them for completeness and compliance with shipping documents and order data The marking of the goods and the timely further processing for the internal departments are your responsibility You are posing relevant data in SAP, verifying QR codes and carton details and ensuring that important information is passed on to the relevant interfaces Delivered goods will be reported to the internal departments, including quantity overview, and will proactively ensure a smooth flow of material When shipping and packaging, you control complete deliveries, document packaging materials and carefully fill out article passports to return them if necessary You process deviations or faulty goods by opening complaints, documentation and maintaining the processing status in cooperation with the complaint department

You have completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification You bring first professional experience in receipt of goods, preferably with Asian suppliers A careful, structured and reliable way of working is your everyday life. In addition, you are characterized by a high quality awareness and sense of responsibility You can handle tasks independently, work with others and communicate clearly The handling of the Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is obvious to you.
