Team Lead - Residential Property Management (m/f/d)

Management, coaching and further development of the Residential Property Management Team at the locations Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Hamburg incl. regular presence on site Active operational support of a selected property Responsibility for professional communication and coordination between owners, renters, authorities and service providers Creation and control of object and annual budgets, continuous cost control, yield optimization, and ensuring efficient processes and high quality standards. Compilation of regular internal and external reports, object analyses and status reports for the transparent management of the residential property portfolio and supervision of audits. Supporting clients and tenants with strong service orientation, high solutionability and the goal of a long-term, positive customer relationship.

Complete training in the real estate sector, e.g. as a real estate businessman/wife, ideally complemented by a further training to the real estate specialist:in

First or multi-year leadership experience Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in the management of residential properties Embossed leadership and coaching skills, safe occurrence and convincing communication and negotiation strength at all levels. Safe handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and Word) as well as routined application of property software and reporting tools. Readiness to travel and enjoy the leadership of distributed teams with regular presence at the locations Berlin, Hamburg and Frankurt (approximately every two weeks on site) German language skills and good English skills
