You coordinate independent construction sites in the area of street lighting as well as medium and low voltage range networks The responsibility for projects from planning to completion lies in your hands, ensuring the economic, professional and timely execution of your orders

You plan your team (including technicians and temporary workers) and dispose of equipment and material usage for your construction sites, including management of suppliers and subcontractors Compliance with both internal and higher-level standards in quality management and implementation of guidelines (HSEQ / occupational safety) is always in view to successfully achieve the project objectives You are a competent contact person for customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues in the project processing

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d) and master and/or master Technical completion Professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function in the field of electrical engineering Good MS Office knowledge and driving licence class B, BE, C1E and CE desirable Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in working in the team and the joint achievement of your project goals
