Completed craft training or at least 3 years of professional experience in crafts/wood construction, ideally as a rooftopin, carpenterin or technical*in Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) Courage to operate IT tools such as Microsoft Office. CAD knowledge of advantage readiness for the 3-month working phase at the Swiss site and flexibility for work in shift operation Joy of work in the team and an independent and flexible working method with high quality standards Quick understanding when learning new tasks and responsible action

As a production employee, you are an important part of our team and contribute directly to the quality of our high-quality roofing tracks. Based on the production plan, you are responsible for customer-specific production according to highest quality and safety standards, precise and timely. Most of the work requires practical skills, combined with spatial imagination and physical activity. With the support of modern technology, you tailor the materials accurately, connect them to high-quality end products by bonding or welding and then prepare them for shipping. In addition, you carry out regular cleaning and maintenance work, introduce ideas for process improvement and, if necessary, also support in technical or production-related projects. You work reliably in the team, think with and actively shape the future of our production. At the beginning of your training, you will complete a training in Switzerland to get to know our standards, methods and corporate culture. Then you will apply and strengthen your knowledge on site.

SIGA in Halberstadt After Ruswil and Schachen (CH), our third production site is being built in Halberstadt (DE). This will strengthen our presence in our main market in Germany and create around 70 new jobs. Here we lay the foundation for even shorter delivery routes, more security of supply and a close exchange with our partners on site. Located next to the new SIGA plant in Halberstadt, hydroWEB, which has been part of our group since 2023, and produces high-quality nonwovens. Together we develop solutions that arise in the resin and act worldwide.
