Implementation of the roll-out process for the introduction of digital travel management at HU Analysis, conception, implementation and further development of relevant business processes including Error and problem management and change management Creation of documentation on processes / process changes Ensuring the appropriate organisational structure to implement the tasks with a focus on travel management Support and customization of applications including FI-TV and their technical development System parameterizations, configuration and monitoring of interfaces Evaluation, introduction and further development of the application to increase efficiency and process quality Second-level support of the application/s, i.e. ensuring a smooth operation and eliminating application-related system disturbances including Test runs of new versions Creation / Adaptation / Development of Concepts, Reports and Forms Cooperation in the development and realization of qualifications / implementation of target group-specific training
