Consulting: Analysis of customer requirements in the field of ILS in the defence environment (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L, etc.) Implementation of workshops, requests and process analyses Conception of solution scenarios (data models, data transformations) with our proprietary software S-Tools Accompanying Introduction and Rollout Projects Training of users and administrators Interface between customer and development (requirements, feedback, prioritization) Strategic consulting of our existing customers Pre-Sales & Sales: Technical support for sales in tender and tender phases Implementation of product demos and presentations before specialist audience Creation of solutions and supply modules Support for delivery Identification of expansion and optimization potentials Care and development of existing customer relationships

Studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or Similar Multiannual experience as consultant, business analyst, system engineer or in technical sales Experience with complex software systems, ideally in the safety-critical environment Understanding IT architectures, interfaces, data flows Experience with contractors / Defence / authorities of advantage Very good communication and presentation capability Safe appearance before specialist and decision-making bodies Structured, analytical method readiness to travel within Germany Very good German and good English skills If you also have knowledge of military structures, processes or knowledge in the field of ILS (ASD S1000D, S2000M, S3000L), this is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
