Our field of activity includes the new building and refurbishment segment as well as the development of sustainable residential and commercial projects in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg. For our location in Nuremberg, Rothenburger Straße 245, we are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) in turnkey construction in full time.

Responsible management, coordination and monitoring of construction projects in turnkey housing Creation of project calculations Implementation of plan checks and participation in planning coordination Participation in the creation of performance directories and awards Documentation of construction site progress and construction site logs Deficiency management until handover Customer support and execution of acceptances Construction & construction services in multi-storey housing with underground garages as well as single and multi-family houses

Graduated Higher Education or Higher Education in the Department of Civil Engineering/Architecture or comparable artisanal training At least three years of professional experience in building management in turnkey housing construction Experience in multi-storey housing construction Structured, forward-looking and self-responsible operation Communication strength and enforcement capacity driving licence class B
