We are looking for you as Trainee in New Green Power & Gas (f/m/d)!
During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper's business, its value drivers, and the business environment
You will start in New Green Power and Gas for the first six months of your trainee program and then rotate upon your career development path and interests across the organization - you design your own placement plan and receive support from your own mentor
You will learn from, network and collaboration with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your projects
You will contribute to and learn from our trainee community, receive trainings and development opportunities
In your predefined home unit New Green Power and Gas you can choose between two divisions. In the engineering division you will work on developing and implementing new technologies and solutions. In the Strategy & Performance division you will work on digitalisation initiatives to enhance project and team performance. In addition you get the opportunity to learn how can improve project business cases.
