For the ALH Group, we are looking for an ambitious personality at the Stuttgart or Oberursel location near Frankfurt am Main, which strengthens our team in the central area of project and document management with competence and analytical expertise.

You support a 6-person team in managing and developing our input management You always keep an overview and develop concepts and measures to implement strategic topics – based on targeted market, competitive and trend analyses As a link between projects, IT and the participating departments, you direct the skills and operate an active interface management You also take over the planning and control of our external service providers With your hand-on mentality, you not only accompany the concept, but also create practical solutions to increase efficiency in our input management – e.g. with SmartFix

Completed studies (probably business informatics) or equivalent qualifications with corresponding professional experience Remarkable: administrative foundations in input management and use of AI A sense of responsibility as well as an independent, structured and targeted approach Analytical expertise, agile mindset and the ability to question existing processes and develop new solutions Convincing social skills: communication talent, team spirit as well as the necessary enforcement capability and fun at a cross-area interface position And last but not least: a good portion of creativity and the desire to get involved in new topics and to develop regularly English at least. C1 level
