Operational Purchase Support in Day Business Collection, comparison and evaluation of offers Creation and processing of orders Date monitoring of deliveries and tracking of open orders Communication and correspondence with suppliers Verification of order confirmations and invoices Maintenance of product, supply and master data in the ERP system Processing of complaints and clarification of price and quantity deviations Creation of evaluations and reports for purchasing Close cooperation with production, logistics and other specialist departments

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First professional experience in purchasing or in commercial material processing Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems and Navision desirable Structured and careful operation Communication strength and negotiation skills Teamability and a high degree of self-initiative Good knowledge of German in word and writing English knowledge of advantage
