We are looking for you as Director Advanced Connectivity (m/w/d) to strengthen our team!

Strategic and operational management General responsibility for the Directorate Advanced Connectivity incl. P&L, budget management and commercial performance Guided tour, development and coaching of an international team from project manager:inside, expert:inside and CAD sign:inside (~20 employees) Development of internal engineering services (statistical, CAD) for connected profit centers Close cooperation with the associated profit centers Radio Planning and Radio Network Deployment and Technical Operations Management Project and portfolio management Responsibility for the design, planning and realization of premium-level coverage allocations for German mobile network operators such as:Messengers Indoor services Stadiums and event halls Railway stations and tunnels

Control of complex special projects in telecommunications infrastructures Expansion and further development of the growing Mobile Private Networks business segment (5G campus networks) Development of the Internal Service Center for CAD drawings for network deployment and special planning in the field of mobile Business Development & Management Communication Acquisition of new projects and further development of strategic customer relationships Creation of complex offers and negotiation with German mobile network operators and enterprise customers Regular reporting to management including forecasting, KPI monitoring and strategic recommendations

Multiannual leading experience in the planning, implementation and control of complex mobile or telecommunications projects Detectionable P&L responsibility and leadership experience in international, cross-functional teams Deep understanding of the technological, regulatory and structural requirements of mobile infrastructures Experience in the realization of demanding special solutions (e.g. indoor coverage, stages, tunnels, trade fairs, 5G campus networks) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and stakeholder management skills Entrepreneurial thinking, structured action and a high degree of self-responsibility
