As a Junior Disposition Manager Entertainment Services (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you're not only looking for a varied job in the entertainment team - you're also immersed in the world of seafaring! Ensuring the continuous occupation of entertainment positions on board the Mein Schiff- and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises-Flotten (focus: manager and technician positions) taking into account the job requirements and requirements of the operational departments. Creation and communication of operational plans for the responsible positions. Close cooperation and communication with the recruiting team, with the Entertainment crew on board the ships and external manning agencies. Care and optimization of the employee pool, including the promotion of employee development. Contract and fee negotiations within the framework of operational planning in compliance with budget requirements. Support for briefings and regular reporting on occupied positions and relevant topics. Working with administrative tasks within the department.

Take this with you: Complete studies (e.g. theatre, cultural management, event management) or first professional experience in the field of disposition, human resources management or in the field of culture/theatre. Professional experience on board a cruise ship and/or in the field of MRP/personnel deployment planning of advantage. Interest and affinity for entertainment, culture or theatre. Basic understanding of economic work, e.g. in dealing with budgets. Designed team and communication skills as well as a structured and independent way of working. Organizational talent and joy in coordinating and supporting employees. Loadability, reliability and readiness to learn, also in dynamic work environments. Safe handling of MS Office and willingness to work into new tools. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Please note that the job is limited to 2 years.
