Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Production of export and shipping documents incl. Invoicing in compliance with current customs and external regulations
• Competent contact person for customs and foreign affairs
• Export processing by ATLAS system
• Creation and review of accreditations
• Distribution of orders to forwarders
• Import settlement
• Communication with customers and service providers as well as customs, IHK and internal specialist departments

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) or forwarding businessman (m/w/d)
• knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations, professional experience in customs and external trade
• Experiences in the practical handling of import and export processes
• Basic knowledge of turnover tax law
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Organized work and coordination
• Teamability, flexibility and reliability
