You support international M&A projects (Sell-Side and Buy-Side) in the transport sector and adjacent areas. You support projects in the field of corporate development as part of market analyses. You are a member of a small team and have the opportunity to actively shape M&A processes together with other departments. You coordinate the entire process of due diligence with all involved colleagues and external consultants. You are responsible for creating Financial Due Diligence documents. You carry out company reviews and diverse analyses using various methods in the context of transactions. You create company analyses and judge business plans. You analyze and evaluate options for action on M&A projects. You actively participate in negotiations with C-Level Executives on the opposite side in the buying and selling process. You create presentations for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and present the results of your work on top management levels.

You have a degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of an economic, legal or financial discipline. You can preferably present several years of professional experience in relevant areas (Finance, Controlling, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital). You have an affinity for numbers and analytical thinking. As an entrepreneurial minded personality, you will enjoy working in different business models and getting new tasks. You can capture different competitive environments and business models in a targeted manner and understand how to analyse the number work of companies based on it. You have very good practical English knowledge. Additional language skills (French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous. You have very good IT knowledge (in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). You work to a high degree of quality and success. Teamability, integrity and flexibility are of course for you.
