To do this, you design market and business models, scale them internationally, implement change initiatives and unlock new market potentials to best position our products on the market. And also in the implementation we count on your long-term expertise, with which you set clear priorities, manage initiatives wisely and ensure successful implementation. Your personal credo? Only together we get to the target. Therefore, coordinate and guide interdisciplinary teams, provide orientation and empower all stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals. Of course, you also think about the rim of the plate and have a look at the impact of the Commercial Strategy on organization, processes and corporate culture – always with the claim that everything is harmonious. Long-term professional experience in a commercial function, sales, marketing or product management Ideally multi-year professional practice with responsibility for the Commercial Strategy, for Business Development and/or Change / Project Management Found experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and in project management German and English in word and writing Inspiring, communicative personality with good networking skills and the ability to convey changes Analytical thinking and able to understand complex structures
