The team - your contribution The Experience Command Center (ECC) is a central unit within the domain Global Technology Platforms / Digital Workplace. Our mission is to enable the product teams to work efficiently through problem and escalation management and data insights. We demonstrate potential for improvement within the products so that innovations can be implemented more quickly and ensure that our users receive the best possible IT experience.

Your role - sensual & valuable Efficient processing of escalations for the fast and effective solution of incidents Troubleshooting support in the Digital Workplace environment Coordinating bug fixes for complex technical problems in the Digital Workplace environment Identification of Automation and Improvement Potential by 2nd Level Ticketing with Product Teams Contact for product teams and stakeholders for seamless service provision and problem solving Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives to ensure support process and service quality Regular exchange with service providers, Product Ownern and UX to demonstrate potential for improvement

Your profile - authentic & curious Complete university studies, preferably in computer science, business informatics or multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of work Ideally broad technical understanding in the field of IT operations with special focus on network technologies. Embossed Troubleshooting Skills and the ability to coordinate and solve complex technical problems Very good communication skills in German and English Always up-to-date trends and developments in the Digital Workplace environment
