Project Manager Lifesaving (f|m|d) – systemic and political work in emergency care in Germany

At the ADAC Foundation, you develop innovative strategies for modern rescue, recognize systemic weaknesses and bring forward sustainable solutions. Together with strong partners from politics, science and practice, you are setting impulses that are really moving for a better supply throughout Germany. Analysis and evaluation of existing structures - You analyze the current structures in rescue and identify systemic vulnerabilities to identify targeted action areas for improvements. Strategic project development and implementation - You develop and implement projects that drive the further development of emergency care in Germany. Conception of solutions - You develop new models, strategies and solutions to effectively meet current challenges such as resource shortage, digitization and interface problems. Introduction of impulses into the social and political debate - You write position papers, concept studies and presentations for decision-makers and support the debate with innovative ideas and concrete solutions. Building and maintaining cooperation - You build sustainable partnerships with relevant stakeholders from politics, science, emergency services, and non-profit organisations, and you continuously support them

Your theory sits – you have completed university studies, e.g. in health sciences, public policy, management, medicine, rescue engineering or a comparable degree program. Know-How – You have well-founded experience in self-sponsored cooperation with political institutions, authorities or NGOs and are safe to build and maintain valuable networks. In addition, you have a deep understanding of the German rescue service system, ideally based on your own practical activity in the rescue service. Professional experience – You can look back at at at least five years of professional experience in project management, ideally with a strategic or political focus. Communication – You have excellent knowledge of German at least C1 level as well as solid knowledge of English. With your pronounced communication strength, you convince by a safe and targeted appearance, especially in exchange with decision-makers. What completes your profile – you bring design strength as well as systemic and analytical thinking. Experience in cooperation with political institutions, authorities or NGOs is beneficial.
