(Junior) Quality Specialist (m/w/d) Quality assurance

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Active securing and further development of quality standards in the production environment
• Implementation of quality tests directly in the manufacturing sector (shopfloor proportion approx. 70%)
• Analysis and evaluation of quality indicators and data
• derivation and implementation of appropriate measures for quality deviations
• Monitoring and enforcement of standards in close cooperation with production
• Documentation of audit reports and cooperation with internal and external audits
• Close cooperation with the fields of production, development and management

Qualifications and requirements:

• Completed further education for technicians or completed technical studies (e.g. Bachelor)
• First or multi-year professional experience in quality assurance
• Ideally knowledge in the automotive environment and with common quality standards and methods
• Embossed numerical affinity and experience with statistical evaluations
• Enforcement, communication skills and high self-responsibility
• Joy in a dynamic working environment with a mix of office activity (30 %) and presence in the shopfloor (70%)
