Total Responsibility Recruiting from job invitation to employment incl. Conducting interviews in German and English (KMW and Joint Venture Green Rocks) Job alerts and sourcing strategy with target group-oriented design, joint development with the disciplines as well as the establishment of Active Sourcing, talent pool and handling of initiative applications Cooperation with external partners such as job exchanges and personal service providers Required support for corporate representation at trade fairs and recruiting events Organisation and implementation of the onboarding of new employees System responsibility and process development as a contact person for our candidate management system (Guidecom App Recruiting) as well as cooperation with organizational and structural projects for standardization and proactive control of the recruiting processes

Professional qualification with completed training, ideally complemented by a personal training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in recruiting staff Operation and appearance characterized by care, structure, liability and security in conversations Openness to the English language and willingness to conduct conversations in English Digital recruiting expertise through practical experience with application and recruiting systems as well as interest in modern methods of recruiting staff Cooperation orientation with pleasure in practical work with specialist areas and the further development of existing processes
