THE EXPENDITURE You independently maintain a real estate portfolio around the topic of debt management The processing of debitor/rent accounting including payment transactions is one of your Tasks You are responsible for the management of monthly dunning and receivable monitoring You correspond daily with tenants, authorities and lawyers on various communication routes The processing of legal cases in the context of debt recovery You are sovereign In addition, you support the department management in various projects and special tasks

THE BRINGS You have a successfully completed commercial training Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of rent accounting or receivable management You have fun with numbers and pleasure in customer contact A structured, independent and targeted way of working as well as communication strength Make your team work trustworthy and reliable - you are a good team player You have good knowledge in MS Office, ideally you are familiar with SAP
