Engineer – Building Services Engineering / Building Services Systems (m/f/d)

You take over the project management for new construction projects with a focus on technical building equipment and supply technology. You process projects of technical building equipment and supply technology independently on an engineering basis and implement them professionally. You create schedules for projects, check their structure and consistently monitor compliance with all specified milestones. You write status reports on the progress of the project and check the accuracy of the present evaluations. You develop permit-relevant planning documents, technical concepts, plant planning and audit documents on an engineering basis. You carefully monitor planning documents, construction applications, approval documents, performance directories and tender documents for completeness and professional quality. You support the construction line during the commissioning phase and accompany the technical acceptance of the plants. You agree on technical content and procedures with planners, experts and executives. You coordinate with other specialists from different trade unions involved in planning. You will check delivery offers as well as project cost reports and evaluate them under technical and economic considerations. You actively participate in acceptances and work collections and document the respective results. You participate in work consultations, appointments, project meetings as well as professional coordination talks.

You have completed a degree in Supply Technology, Building Technology or Energy Technology as Bachelor (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) or completed training as a technical system planner Supply Technology (m/w/d) or as a plant engineer sanitary, heating and climate technology (m/w/d). You have several years of practical professional experience in technical building equipment or in utility technology. You bring several years of experience in project management and project planning of technical projects. You control the safe handling of relevant technical standards and apply them in a regular manner. You appear confidently and communicate clearly, structured and addressable with all project participants. You use common office applications routined to create evaluations, reports and project documents. You ideally have user knowledge in CAD software such as AutoCAD and use them in planning.
