Reference: BLO/128746 You take responsibility for IT as a strategic success factor and actively drive the company's digital transformation Heading and continuous development of the IT team (8-10 employees) with focus on excellence and innovation Strategic development, adaptation (customizing) and integration of the ERP system as a central control instrument Ensuring the smooth interconnection of all systems (ERP, CRM, warehouse management, document management) and optimising production processes Initiation, leadership and successful implementation of complex digitalization and transformation projects in close cooperation with the departments

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with long-term relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in a leading IT function, ideally in a producing company Very good knowledge of modern ERP systems, especially in customizing and strategic development of complex ERP landscapes Know-how in integrated system architectures and their optimization Communication-strong and enforceable leaders with strategic vision, innovative power and a hands-on mentality
