They develop sustainable and innovative building concepts and process all performance phases of HOAI They plan the heating, ventilation, and sanitary technology for new buildings and buildings in stock You participate in internal and external planning meetings You create performance directories as a basis for the bidder competition You check offers and work with the budget control and the award recommendation

You have a degree in the field of supply technology / technical building equipment or a comparable qualification (technical technicians, masters with focus on supply technology) Ideally, you already have experience from an engineering office or installation company You could already carry out planning of technical installations in the building They are familiar with the project processes and the interfaces to other structures at the construction You are interested in sustainable and innovative technologies in the building sector
