Self-preparation, implementation and follow-up of negotiations with cost-beneficiaries (care rates, accommodation/catering, investment costs, training costs etc.) Contact person for the management and the home lines for increases in pay and the positioning against cost carriers Analysis of market and competition data to further develop pricing Participation in innovation projects, e.g. for digitalization and quality assurance Creation and preparation of numerical units for internal and external stakeholders Correspondence with institutions, authorities and cost-beneficiaries
