Operational support of a defined group of employees and the executives as competent contact persons in all HR-relevant questions Supporting the Employee Lifecycle Recruiting and recruitment Creation of HR documents & labour law correspondence Staff administration Payments & labour law correspondence Economic staff management Operational HR Management incl. care and support of HR systems Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of measures to further develop the organisation Designing personnel development projects, diversity & inclusion and corporate culture

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial salesman/woman) with training as a human resource specialist (alternative: studies HR management) Multiannual professional experience in HR, ideal as HR Business Partner Knowledge of working law and modern HR instruments Basic knowledge of social security and pay tax law as well as in pay accounting are advantageous Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as sovereign appearance towards executives High self-initiative, team capacity and joy in shaping change processes Very good knowledge of German and English
