After extensive incorporation, you are responsible for the assembly, testing and repair of highly complex IT hardware – from assembly to list of pieces to ready-to-ship delivery.

Assembly & Manufacturing: Compilation of hardware components by piece lists Professional assembly of housing parts, components and cabling according to working instructions Ready-to-order packaging of completed systems Testing & quality assurance: Testing hardware systems using test software and hardware Evaluation and documentation of test data System performance monitoring Repair & error analysis: Implementation of repair work based on work instructions independent error analysis and repair Preparation of repair reports (DE/EN), if necessary 5D or 8D reports Documentation: Creation of work instructions (DE) incl. Photo documentation Technical accompanying documentation (DE/EN) Auditing-proof documentation according to quality standards

Professional qualifications: Knowledge of electronic circuit boards, processors and computer hardware/software Very good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems Technical training (IT system electronics, specialist system integration), technical studies or equivalent professional experience desirable Remarkable: additional training or several years of professional experience in electrical engineering Language skills: Very good German knowledge in word and writing (forced required) – error-free spelling and secure language for auditable documentation Very good English knowledge for international cooperation and technical documentation IT competence: Very good Excel knowledge Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word) Working & Personality: Structured, independent operation High care for documentation Flexibility, loadability and team orientation Integrity and reliability Advantage: Network technology knowledge Visual Basic Knowledge Experience according to ISO 9001 and ESD DIN EN 61340-5-1
