We rely on you: You guide, motivate and develop your team of up to 10 S&OP Process Managers professionally and personally You ensure the (further) development of processes and systems in the S&OP environment You initiate the analysis of complex processes for identifying optimization potentials to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes including Demand&Supply and Make-to-Order You contribute to internal projects with both operational and strategic importance of the S&OP process You act as a central contact person and consultant for questions about individual processes and systems in the S&OP environment You represent the interests of the area in management and expert bodies

How to complete our team: With your completed studies in Business Administration or Computer Science With at least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, controlling or IT in an industrial environment With your leadership experience and a safe occurrence in interdisciplinary teams With very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1 level) Through your structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive operation With your ability to moderate different interests with high social competence and communication strength and to work constructively with diverse interfaces Ideally you bring knowledge to SAP, especially in the PP/PI, MM and SD modules Your strong system affinity and joy in working with complex IT systems
